I was wondering how I would get 50 different fruits and veggies in during the week, but I think eventually I will get close to that. I need to check what the dietician said as I believe it was 50 different types but maybe it was 50 servings a week? Either way it is more than I have been getting as I was basically just eating an apple a day and no veggies most days which is terrible.
I have been eating a mix of strawberries, watermelon, and grapes for breakfast which since I fast I usually don’t eat until around 11:00. It has kept me full! I have to admit I am excited about trying this way of eating.
