INGREDIENTS
1 Box Box Kodiak Muffin Mix
1 pre made protein shake ( I used premier)
1 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease or line a muffin tin.
Add all three ingredients to mix bowl.
Stir until just combined - don't overmix.
Add mixture to muffin tin, dividing evenly between 12 muffins (it's ok if they are pretty full, they won't rise a ton).
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
