For me…
Even though I am continuing with my mostly plant based diet I was up 2 pounds this week! I suppose with my big loss last week this should be expected. I’m not going to worry about it as I am still not eating overnight, and am eating so much better now. I am going to continue on and see what happens. In any case I really do feel better which is important-no heartburn or stomach issues which is great. Onward I march!
