If you have to be "Nurse Ratched," you do what you have to do! I'm surprised about the smoking. When that happened to my husband, the doctor said no more smoking, and I went home and threw away all the cigarettes and ash trays before he was released from the hospital. The doctor sent him home with a patch and he hasn't smoked since.
