Enough is enough! 3 days of the 'old me' eating. I guess she isn't that far in my past or, more likely, she will be walking with me the rest of my life. I always encourage clients to never hate a part of who they are. The version helped them through something or was the best they could do with what they knew. Just let the wiser part be in charge. Dentist appt this afternoon. Always glad to get it out of the way and very happy to not be lugging the vac along.
