1) Day 1 is complete. A person on the 360 Sleeve Facebook group suggested adding decaf coffee and a lot of ice to the Optifast and blending it and we've got a winner!

2) very few bed bugs left. We've got a yeast trip out, couple of sticky strips and Ray sprayed both our reclining chairs with Raid last night. We're keeping a very close eye on things

3) Ray has my recumbent bike set up in the corner of the living room directly diagonal from TV. I know I should be now but I will for sure be using it post-op

4) got to give away 5 $25 gift cards to listeners yesterday to a local restaurant. Had over 55 texters within minutes which always makes me happy as it shows me that people are tuned in and listening!

5) wasn't hungry at all yesterday - had 3 GATORADE ZERO throughout the day. I know plain water is better but I don't like it So those 3 GZ counted for 6 of the water I had to get into me
