Once you get through today and tomorrow, the worst parts will probably be in your thoughts, and you CAN control them or at least distract them. You are doing great! I made a half-gallon packet of True drink mix in a gallon jug by mistake and it made such a good flavored water that I kept doing it With True and Crystal Light.
