1) my brother read Dad's report wrong - they want to see him in 3-4 weeks not months. So it's good but not AS good. I'm thankful they removed 9 polyps. There are 2 cancer "spots" on his colon and rectum. Dad is worried he will be in the hospital at Christmas. I reminded him to be thankful of what we have so far

2) Ray's 65th birthday today! I got him 65 beer and my brother and Dad got him a $65 gift card from his fave pizza place


3) scale is going down

4) Ray says he can see the weight loss

5) having coffee with my "church friends" Joanne and Jo-anne tomorrow. I haven't seen them in months so it will be nice to get together
