And get hugs. Made a roast today. It was so good. Can’t hardly afford them anymore. It’s ridiculous. What’s even crazier. It was a chuck roast. 2 lbs. I weighed it after cooking. 1 lb 2 oz. How?? How can it lose almost half? It wasn’t really fatty. I pick the least fat ones I see. I’ve never made a pork roast but I may have to try one. Maybe I will call The butcher shop and see how much they are there. I’m guessing there was a lot of solution added that the butcher shop wouldn’t do Krista is doing so well. Murray is doing better. All of you here.

So it's good but not AS good. I'm thankful they removed 9 polyps. There are 2 cancer "spots" on his colon and rectum. Dad is worried he will be in the hospital at Christmas. I reminded him to be thankful of what we have so far 2) Ray's 65th birthday today! I got him 65 beer and my brother and Dad got him a $65 gift card from his fave pizza place 3) scale is going down 4) Ray says he can see the weight loss 5) having coffee with my "church friends" Joanne and Jo-anne tomorrow. I haven't seen them in months so it will be nice to get together

I really hope he won't be in the hospital at Christmas. They usually try to get people out and home so they don't have a full house by Christmas, so maybe if they can, they will get him out by then or do it after. d How exciting that Ray can see the weight you have lost. I will have to get to 50 pounds or more before my husband will see it.

Voted I have good hair and a great stylist Bill to take care of things when I'm gone My great nephews texting me their birthday and Christmas lists. Carin told them not to keep begging for stuff. I told her they don't beg. We negotiate and I love doing with them. She relented. The boys need a man in their lives. Thomas taught Dom how to shave this morning.
