Good for you on clearing clutter! I have bogged down on mine. I am glad that Ray helps with things like this.
I hope you keep making out meal plans. That is what my niece credits with helping her to lose so well and keep it off all these years. She said that no matter how well she knew it, she brought out the guideline and planned every meal and snack according to it. She says it keeps her from slipping back into eating things that will make her gain. She swears that she is to the point now that she no longer craves other things. I wish this for you! It sounds like a wonderful place to be.
