This is from the nutritionist at the Sleeve Clinic.
Protein goal: 70-110 gr/day
Make sure that you have 3-4 servings of veggies and fruits a day.
Protein for each meal coming from different sources.
For the starches, try to avoid them. They don't have much nutritional value, you can have complex carbs as you should (e.x grains)
She sent me sample meal plans as well so I'll be looking at all that today! Not too hard to follow these guidelines!
