Got the testing done. Got my injection not in the joint but a nerve in the shoulder

He will not clean up the arthritis again because it’s way too bad. I’m sure that’s why it hurts so much and the arm aches. He said it’s referred pain. It’s so weak

Anyway. Total shoulder replacement. He said 2 lb weight limit for the first month. My 40 oz cup will go because the cup is heavy and the liquid too. He said up to 4 months physical therapy and full healing time. I sure hope I’m not worst case scenario. I also hope I don’t need a reverse shoulder. He said hopefully not. Depends on how bad the rotator cuff is

I’m scared of the healing on this one because my knee replacement was so bad but I have to do it

So that’s what happened. I’ll let you know when I have a surgery time. I have to go back one more time before for a CT scan
