Most of my recipes are for bigger batches, but if you have two of the mugs, this one might work. Low-fat can get grainy so a drop or two of glycerin might help. Glycerin usually helps if you freeze the ice cream in the freezer, then blend it. It keeps that water from pooling together and getting grains of ice.
