Ate a little and we were both so tired we laid down at 8. I fell asleep soon after and slept until 10:30 when pain woke me up

Paula. Dr sent me home on hydrocodone. Mild to me. It’s taking the edge off and that’s it. I had Percocet with a morphine shot in the hospital. Wow things are changing in pain control folks. I got a handout about about alternative therapies for pain control. Music therapy etc. bull. Sorry lol.

He said I was bone on bone with no cartilage at all. It was A mess.

I am to wear this cumbersome padded sling 30 days unless told differently
