2) just got home from first workout at gym. I did 10 on bike to warm up, 2 sets of lower body weight machines (5 machines), 10 on treadmill and 5 on arm "peddler". This was about 45 minutes. I didn't want to go crazy on Day 1 so I will do upper body tomorrow
3) the staff were happy to see me there and that always is nice. I've been there several times for different physio
4) meeting with radio coach today - he is giving all announcers feedback on improving our shows. I like him alot and he has great advice to incorporate
5) knowing that cutting back at night time eating helps
