Good to know that cutting back at night helps you lose. I know that if I allowed myself to eat at night I would eat more after dinner than I have eaten all day put together. I just can't do that. I have to have a set thing that I can eat and then I usually don't because it is not something that I "want". If I don't want to eat healthy food I am not hungry. I haven't noticed that it has helped me lose weight thouogh.
