Sorry I have been missing! Dad is doing ok. Pain is manageable post op and he has started working with physio. First step today was to sit in chair for a couple of hours and we did that.

They have no idea how long he will be there -- rehab unit at other hospital is an option or working at home with Extra Mural. They suggested getting some home care help for Paul but he'd never go for that.

First concern for Dad is being able to get to the bathroom with a wheelchair. There is very little room to get around at home bathroom. So that may need a reno. One step at a time.
