I am so sorry that you are so overwhelmed. I know that a lot of it stems from grief. I know when my DIL's father passed away, her mother was almost paralyzed for months and months, and for weeks every year near all the important birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. My DIL had to go over and change everything to her name, get all the autopays set up, cancel credit cards and set up new credit accounts. Getting all that off her shoulders was a tremendous relief to her. Don't hesitate to ask for Mike's help. I am sure that he will be willing to help you. I think after you get all that taken care of, it will make a big difference to your peace of mind.

My balance is not as good as it used to be and certain medications make it worse so I know how scary the constant fear of falling can be.

I hope that you can get some of the overwhelming medical things taken care of as soon as possible.
