Well, here's an update.

Unfortunately with Giovanni's passing last April I did not get the IT information, passcodes, etc. as he himself had set up the newpentrace.com since our original name Pentrace.com domain expired and was snagged by an undesirable person, just for spite.

Near Giovanni's passing it was too late to communicate with him. After his passing I called his cell phone and wrote several times to his email asking his son Adrian to reply to provide me with this information. Unfortunately he never replied.
I believe he lives in Australia.

Since then our Home Page has corrupted a while ago. My worst nightmare would be to lose the treasure or articles and stories from 25 years. With some of Donal Higgin's help we identified some contacts to address this problem but none have replied to me in the last several months. Our domain is up for renewaL in July so I have about 4 weeks to solve this. So, tomorrow I start another salvo of calls and emails to these contacts.

A call for help....

Is there anyone here with IT abilities that can advise me? I am not tech savvy. My mission is to save Pentrace. Not looking for glamorous updates, just save what we have with some improvements.

With Art's comments about the recent demise of some of the other pen chat boards, this is a good opportunity to attract our friends to make a home here on Pentrace and add to the wealth of information we can all share and learn.

Our mission is to serve everyone, readers, dealers and pen makers.

BTW, if friends ask what happened to Pentrace, please explain and send them the links to our Message Board and the PenMarket board. I still receive notices of postings on our facebook page so at least that is very active.
