From when he was born until the abolishment of the Greek monarchy he was heir to the Greek throne and could be called Crown Prince. I am not surre it was even an official Geek title. In most monarchies there does not exist an official title of Crown Prince(ss) in the constitution. Its merely a practise to label the heir(ess) as such rather that the title is officially bestowed. Since his father passed Pavlos became Head of the Greek branch of the House of Glücksburg (Prince of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg). Therefor it would be more appropriate to call him just that. And he's a Prince of Denmark of course. A good enough basis for the women to wear royal jewels but to deck yourself out as a reigning monarch is a bit presumptuous IMHO but I am sure MC would disagree! And lastly: his aunt QMII demoted her own grandchildren from Prince to Count. They seem to do quite well without a title. Previous Message Quite right; if born a Crown Prince why should one demoted down to a Prince all of a sudden? It would actually then make more sense to lose any title, becoming a meer commoner.
