With fewer and fewer events where grand jewels are worn I must admit that I rather enjoy looking back at the "old days" when things were different (i.e. better imho). We seem to know a lot about the jewels worn today (especially the pieces in the British Royal Family's collection), but there are still so many things to discover that I hope we will never tire of digging and look back (as well as forward) on those sparkling treasures that are Royal jewels.
