Highly unlikely that Camilla is wearing earrings once belonging or worn by Diana. There must be hundreds if not thousands of similar diamond and sapphire cluster earrings on this planet. The engagement ring wasn't very original either...

Thanks for posting. Wow! The earrings really look like they are part of the Saudi wedding sapphire set gifted to Diana, Princess of Wales. Diana was seen wearing them on at least two occasions. I’m just really surprised that Camilla would wear jewels associated with Diana. Previous Message
