I think it should be remembered that the pink tourmaline tiara was most likely bought back for the Bernadotte collection as an important piece and Norwegian coronation tiara of Queen Sofia - not necessarily for Crown Princess Victoria or her daughter. 
I'd find it most pleasant if the Royal Court would confirm the acquisition... in general, they have been quite secretive about jewelry (re-)added to the collection under King Carl Gustaf.
