Maybe the tiara just didn't fit Lilian. I assume these (casted) steel pieces are not as flexible as other tiaras, which can be (re)adjusted on differently shaped frames. As unlikely as it seems that Lilian should never have worn a second privately owned tiara, I think it's even more unlikely that she would refer to a non-existent second tiara in her will. --Previous Message-- : I was thinking the same thing!
