I have seen a number of photos of Queen Alexandra where I think she is wearing a second snake bracelet, but the detail is not clear. Roberts on page 81 has a photo of a portrait of Queen Alexandra where I think she is wearing 2 snake bracelets, although we have to allow for artistic licence. Apart from that, the clearest photos come from her coronation. I think that Queen Alexandra is wearing a snake bracelet above Queen Victoria's large diamond bracelet. I am posting the links to several photos in the hope that some posters might be able to zoom in on the bracelets and provide a clearer image which might solve the mystery. I could be on the wrong track of course.
