Here is one of the too rare pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge wearing this tiara:

But unfortunately, this was at the diplomatic reception at Buckingham Palace on 3rd December 2013. In 2014, I do not think that Catherine has worn any tiara - unfortunately! She has missed a good opportunity to do so during the princely tour to New-Zealand and Australia.
Nevertheless, the Duchess of Cambridge has worn for the first time in 2014 a few glittering royal heirlooms:
- on 11 February 2014 she wore the Nyzam of Hyderabad diamond necklace at a reception at the National Portrait Gallery in London:

- in April 2014, she wore twice the Women of Auckland's Diamond Fern Brooch during her visit to New-Zealand:
