You have sharp eyes Arthur. I have often wondered about pin holes, in sashes and in many fabrics worn by both the men and women.
A carefully chosen fabric, sash or garment, plus professional valeting should get rid of pin holes. However, in this day and age of HQ pics and zooming, that standard is harder to maintain.
