As I've said before, all this talk of boycotting any New Nova stuff is plain silly politics from CosmicBook News. You will never ever stop folks buying what they want. Keep it simple; if you like a comic, buy it, if you don't like a comic, don't buy it. Same token when it comes to films, books or watching television programs.
Until a time comes when we have a more agreeable Editorial at the House of Ideas who are indeed willing to let new Nova Prime ideas be heard that can bring him back in a way that'll generate the kind of sales that te Disney crowd want - or can appeal to a even wider range comic book reader - not just us High Guard, Rich will sadly remain in the realms of limbo, or thrive on in the wider realm of fan based fiction and art which remains very much dedicated to keeping Nova Prime alive.
In short, no more posts please regarding bans, they're really borning now. Time to jump to a new more positive beat; promote the petition and show the House of Ideas how creative fans can be when it comes to Nova Prime, work together to pitch some good ideas on how he could come back and see what happens; at elast it'll be better than waving silly placards or buring Sam Alexander t-shirts outside LCS's.

: I really like the Granov cover. Not too
: thrilled with the interior art though. I'll
: hesitantly give the first issue a try and
: decide if I'll keep getting it.
:
: Personally, I just recommend people buy what
: they like. Don't buy something because it's
: a habit or you think that it will keep a
: title going. By the same measure, don't stop
: yourself from buying something you like or
: want to try because you think boycotting a
: book will make a difference.
:
: It won't.
:
: Those of us who supported DnA's Nova series
: (I bought multiple copies of the issues to
: try and boost sales and had the comic shop
: owner give my extras to non-buyers in the
: store) got kicked to the curb hard despite
: the series having respectable numbers.
:
: And boycotting a comic doesn't do anything
: either. What happened to Sam's title when
: sales got low? Did it bring Rich back? No.
: We get a Nova-powered episode of 'Good
: Times'. I'm completely with you that things
: done for the sake of political
: correctness/cultural diversity is a bunch of
: BS, Bill. That's why I refuse to see the new
: FF movie.
:
: Rich won't return until the folks in charge
: at Marvel either change their mind or
: someone they favor presents a Rich Rider
: Nova pitch that they like. It doesn't mean
: we can't let Marvel know that we'd like Rich
: back. Sign the Return Rich Rider petition
: and maybe it will at least get Marvel to
: send out a request for story proposals to
: bring Rich back.

: I admit that the art is great. But this is
: still a load of politically correct BS that
: just gets in the way of Rich returning. If
: you support it, you're part of the problem -
: just like those who support (banned acronym)
: are part of the problem. Become part of the
: solution and join the boycott of (banned
: acronym) and PC-(banned acronym)-ette.
