Of all those situations you mention Henri one is particulary vivid in my memory...The Duke of Edimburg's Order of the Leopard was so "scriming" and "glittering" with those very bright colours at King Baudouin's funeral that I remember looking at the pictures and imediatly thinking "Oh My God! What is that???!! That is not a belgian order!" How could the Duke's staff miss that one? Well... another one to the anedoctary of royal "faux pas" .
