Well Juliana was a very well bejewelled monarch in her day. After all she was the (only) one who showed off the 'House Diamonds' to the rest of the world when her predecessor and her succesor left them (mostly) in the vault. She had already pulled out the huge tiara for a gala evening prior to the actual inauguration!
