Do we know just how many countries they will be visiting? If it's just Australia and New Zealand then I don't envisage any tiara event at all. A thought! I wonder if there will be formal portraits beforehand. That used to be the practice, to mark important visits. If so, then a tiara just might appear in a portrait.
