The Subject for this thread should probably be edited to reflect the role the Queen played more accurately? Strictly, so far, an anonymous writer in a magazine claims someone wrote "No" in places.
Yes, the amount of input provided by the Queen, and others has been discussed on the RJWMB but is probably all lost before archiving began.
