As you say PJ Kiser, these are intriguing images. I saw the same image on a website called Queen Victoria's Scrapbook. Thankfully, the image you have posted is much clearer than that on the website I mentioned. I hope some other posters can help us solve the queries regarding HM's jewels in these images.
