I too would be grateful to know. Arthur, my experience of Roberts' book is that a lot of significant information is contained in footnotes. ( I have not examined these minutely for the section for QEQM). In my opinion, Roberts shares a common characteristic with British academics - that is, - a lot of significant detail is in footnotes. Australian academics often do the same thing.
