The bracelet looks as if it was made up from two different jewelry pieces. It's unusual. The non-sapphire side almost looks like it's made up of diamond crescents, similar to the Crescent Tiara/Crescent Necklace. Great find, thank you Baxter. Arthur, thank you for pointing out the sapphire and diamond "fringe" earrings.
