The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
My gym has a sauna. A steam room and a hot tub but the hot tub is all I have used. What do you suggest. I’ve been going since 2008 except when it closed for Covid. They have changed a lot of things after Covid that I don’t necessarily like but honestly I have t been able to use it nearly as much OR I haven’t. That’s probably why I’m so much weaker. Paying the price. I put my watch on right before we left the house this afternoon. Had to go to Sam’s then Aldi then I went I. The gym while John had speech therapy. Well I had walked .65 miles before the gym and 1.5 when we left. I walked today on the track ( it’s rubberized) and my hips were hurting so badly. I had to stop. I did do my balance but it’s short and not really exercise.
What balance do you do. I have bookmarked 2 on YouTube for after this one.
