I had forgotten to mention it at the time, but Queen Camilla offered us, royal jewels lovers, a lovely spring gift, as she donned a new (or at least never-seen-before) brooch. It was three weeks ago, on 29th April, when Queen Camilla hosted at Clarence House the 'Maiden' Yachting Crew following their Global Ocean Race Win.

The brooch depicts the allegoric figure of Britannia. I would love to know if it is a new piece in the Royal collection (a Coronation gift, maybe?), or a piece rediscovered after a long stay in the royal jewel vault...
