Thank you, that's a lovely picture of the turquoise brooch as the Queen wore it in Derbyshire. I would guess that all of the Queen's jewelry has been newly photographed in color and catalogued in digital form. This would make it much easier to match pieces to her wardrobe, and to find things that may not have been so obvious before. Angela Kelly and her assistants could search easily, especially if jewels are catalogued by color. This probably explains the appearance of things we have not seen before, and no doubt is a part of Kelly's diligence in putting beautiful outfits together. Probably the royal household along with the Royal Collection has had a project of re-cataloguing and computerizing all possessions such as furnishings and objects of art in the palaces. Sounds like a mammoth undertaking, but a necessary part of its stewardship.
