Yes of course I remember that the missing diamond drops were turned into earrings. But it seems rather weird that you'd take this whole necklace/stomacher piece apart, only in order to wear one small element of it as a pendant... ...especially if it doesn't even look like it was meant to be a single pendant - and if you have so many other pieces to choose from which would look better. Big effort, small result... odd.
