do you really think its that odd? I think it looked fine with fringe tiara and Brazilian earrings, riviere and bow brooch...
That stomacher is versatile..Queen Josephine interchanged diamond drops with pearls...or you can totally remove drops and leave it alone...you can definitely play around with it.
--Previous Message-- : Yes of course I remember that the missing : diamond drops were turned into earrings. : But it seems rather weird that you'd take : this whole necklace/stomacher piece apart, : only in order to wear one small element of : it as a pendant... : ...especially if it doesn't even look like : it was meant to be a single pendant - and if : you have so many other pieces to choose from : which would look better. : Big effort, small result... odd. : : --Previous Message-- : Yes, I am talking about the center element : on : the stomacher...in case of Josephine, its : between two pearls, where on Lilian, : diamonds/pearls were removed and diamonds : turned into earrings...don't you remember : that discussion? : : to answer your question, the element in : question comes from Queen Josephine's : Stomacher : : : : --Previous Message-- : Tamara, what do you mean? : I guess you are talking about one of the : elements of Josefina's stomacher, now : necklace, being detachable - but which one : are you thinking of, the center diamond : motif above the large bow? : : --Previous Message-- : Its the original diamond element that was : worn : by Queen Josephine..and now its worn by : Princess Lilian. : : : : : : : : :
