well how do you explain the fact that they broke up sapphire wedding parure? They made so many earrings, bracelets and even created pieces for new sapphire tiara.. if this set was included in the foundation, wouldn't they have any limits of how much dismatleing was allowed?
The sapphire brooch that we saw which was created from central element of Mellerio bracelets, is easier to attach it back...there were no major changes...they just took it out of the bracelet setting and added brooch clasp, which most likely can be detachable...as most of the older brooches have that capability...However, to put back this bracelet (diamond) back together is more complicated...they literally dismantled all the pieces, vertically and horizontally....we have all the pieces accounted for (after all the changes) except two large bird? elements and central wings with the crown....maybe we'll see them one day as brooches..

--Previous Message-- : Good heavens, how they have exploited the : bracelet. Still I remain to my stance: I can : not imagine when Queen Juliana set up the : foundation for the jewels to be kept for the : House in 1962, that she then would have : excluded her most regal and grand bracelet. : : I think everything is revertible. Remember : the diamond-and-sapphire broche we saw : recently on Princess Máxima and learned it : was a centre element from one of the two : large bracelets of the Mellerio Sapphire : Parure? : : Maybe Els Smit (jewelry expert of Vorsten : Royale) or Martijn Akkerman (jewelry expert : of Blauw Bloed) can give an answer if the : Borneo bracelet can be reverted into : original state? : :
