It all depends on how you present the collection though.: As a huge fortune worth of jewels used to show off (Liz Taylor) or a unique historical collection that will be preserved by the Royal Family for generations to come. As Queen Margarethe II so eloquently put it in the recent documentary about Royal Jewels: "We don't count the carats, we count the centuries!" How true.
