That's a silly argument. If Monaco and Liechtenstein had been countries with millions of inhabitants their constitutions would be more like those of the other European monarchies. Charlene did wear a nice gown and very apropriately covered her shoulders in the chapel. I would have liked it if she'd worn Grace's small diamond tiara and a pair of diamond earrings with it. That would have been regal but also fitting her personal style. Her aigrette would have been a good second option. Now i felt she appeared as Charlene Woodstock the former athlete rather than HSH the Princess of Monaco. The Swedish monarch may not have great political power but his court just showed that even the wedding of the youngest child can be organised in a way that outshines the Dutch inauguration in grandeur (that last event was saved by the gratitude of the nation towards Beatrix, the emotion of the family and the good speeches of the new king, not by it's grandeur).
