Believe me, for the Dutch it's equally painful. We can be reasonably sure though, that the items are most likely still intact. No diamond trader would accept these big stones without checking the origins, when offered. Like many of these kind of robberies, the items are often stolen by order and end up in the possession of very wealthy collectors. I still hope that they will emerge someday.
