Probably the diadem worn by Queen Emma was the (still existing) upper part of the Van Kempen Diadem paired with a diamond base?
I thought the Bandeau of old rose-cut diamonds was made on later date than the 1926 Silver Wedding of Queen Wilhelmina and Prince Hendrik, Duke of Mecklenburg?
