I expect something quite similar to Queen Elizabeth at the 1937 or 1953 Coronations: several diamond rivieres, possibly mixed with ropes of large pearls. Simple, but stunning and definitely regal!
For the diamond rivieres: - Queen Victoria's Coronation riviere - Queen Elizabeth's Coronation riviere - plus possibly the Duchess of Teck's riviere, which is quite longer than the other two mentioned above. Roberts suggests that it was worn by the Queen Mother at the 1953 Coronation. The combination of these "Coronation rivieres" would make quite a statement, highlighting Camilla's status as Queen consort, even if she is not crowned.
