Michael, I am certain that those in high up producer positions in the respective companies know what they're currently doing/ planning/ expecting and I believe a concrete answer will be available/ made sooner than we think. However I think a producer would be more than able to make a statement, even to address the constant streams of confusion from unofficial sources - even if it's to say they are still hopeful, or are still planning to go ahead, or are not expecting it to etc with the caveat that no decisions have yet been made. Statements don't have to provide concrete answers and future telling, but can provide an end to some hysteria
