As you say Ben, they are in an impossible position. Once tickets are on sale, the costs vastly escalate if you then have to cancel ( and refund). They understandably leave it as late as possible before committing either way. And I agree - theatre with social distancing is totally impractical. So will this really all be over in 5 months....
