Randi Buchwaldt and Ted Rosvall identifies this lady as Cecily Castenskiold, daughter-in-law of Princess Dagmar - perhaps best known at this board a former owner fo the flower tiara today worn by Princess Marie.
I finally got my hands on a 2nd hand copy of Bjarne Steen Jensen's book on the jewels in the Danish royal family. He doesn't mention any other jewels of Dagmar's than the floral tiara.
