yes, the pearl necklace on these both pictures is the Hanoverian pearl necklace.
In The Queen's Jewels, Leslie Field describes this necklace as "two rows of large pearls, which fasten with an oval diamond-cluster clasp" (page 102 of the 2002 reprint) and mentions that they had been part of the Hanoverian collection (hence the name).
The easiest way to identify this necklace is when the clasp is visible, as on the pictures posted by Beth1. Otherwise, its distinctive characteristics are: - the pearls are of a rather large size - the necklace hangs rather low on the breast (though some of the Queen's pearl necklaces hang even lower) - the two rows are separated by a few centimetres.
That makes the difference with Queen Anne's and Queen Caroline's pearl necklaces, which are made of pearls of the same size (approximately, just from a mere visual comparison), but which hang closer to the neck, and with two rows which are very close to each other.
